Essential Skills:
* Previous experience as a Catering Assistant in a health care environment.
* Excellent knowledge of Food Safety Practices.
* Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and prioritise tasks.
* Awareness of Equal Opportunity and Occupational Safety and Health.
* Working with Children and Police Clearance.
