Design & Build are excited to once again partner with one of Adelaide's thriving commercial construction companies. Over the last 2 years they've experienced growth in headcount, location, project numbers, and project size.
We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed on one of their $10m - $15m projects within the broader Adelaide metro area.
Duties
* Full site set up
* Management of all trades and subcontractors
* Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
* Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
* Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
* Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
* Strong management and coordination skills
* Excellent understanding of OH&S
* Ability to work autonomously
