Position: HR Help Desk Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Penang, Malaysia (On-site)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Up to RM 5,500

Age Requirement: Max 25 years old

Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR-related inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
* Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
* Resolve issues or elevate complex cases to the relevant HR teams
* Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
* Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
* Support administrative HR tasks when required

Requirements

* Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
* Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
* Willing to work on-site in Penang
