Project Document Controller (18 Month FTC) 
As a 
Project Document Controller 
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our energy projects by managing critical documentation with accuracy and efficiency. 
You'll be responsible for coordinating internal and external document workflows, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and governance standards. 
Your work will directly support the timely delivery of major energy initiatives from solar and wind to pumped hydro and gas revamps. 
In addition to day-to-day document control, you'll help shape the document management strategy for the Energy Projects team, acting as a system administrator and contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our processes.

Responsibilities 
Assist with defining and setting the document management strategy in terms of system roadmap, process and training for the Energy Projects group 
Ensure incoming and outgoing project documentation is clearly identifiable prior to distribution 
Provides assurance to ensure the documents/drawings are in accordance with the Energy Projects Document Process 
Ensure any comments arising from reviews are collated, recorded, and disseminated accordingly and closed out in subsequent document revisions 
Manage the document review process and ensure it meets the agreed project schedule/objectives 
Developing efficient document control processes, challenge and update these processes accordingly 
Establish working relationships with stakeholders and ensure they adhere to the document control processes and provide documentation in the appropriate manner and formats 
Administer access to the Document Management Platform(s) 
How you can support the Clean Energy Transition 
To be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally bring the following: 
10+ Years experience with InEight Document (Team Binder) and/or Aconex document management tools (or similar) 
Solid document controlling experience on projects in comparable industries 
Extensive experience working as part of a project delivery team 
Excellent oral and written skills, superior communications skills with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas through clear and effective messaging 
Positive interpersonal skills working with various stakeholders 
Experience in setting up and administering online document and communications management platforms 
Demonstrated knowledge on document control procedures and the creation of these
