We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.
We are looking for aJunior Parts and Service Advisorto undertake a traineeship and join ourCanberrateam.

The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III qualification as well as invaluable hands on experience.
As a trainee you will be trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge within the construction and agricultural machinery industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
Parts interpreting- determining the parts required by the customer.
Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation.
Responding to customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet.
Assisting other team members in daily transactions.
Picking, packing and correctly labelling goods for freight companies.
Receiving and dispatching of products, including checking and processing inventory.
Inventory stocktakes and stock location management.
Other duties as required within the scope of role.
The Successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous.
Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
A current Drivers Licence.
Punctuality and self-motivation.
Initiative and a hard-working attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A friendly and approachable personality.
