Senior Town Planner
We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to lead our projects, provide strategic advice and collaborate with experts to deliver sustainable developments.
The Role
This role will involve managing a varied portfolio of projects from site promotions to complex planning applications. Working closely with design and environmental specialists, you will deliver high-quality work that meets scrutiny.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage planning applications, appeals and development appraisals.
* Provide strategic and policy advice to clients and stakeholders.
* Coordinate inputs from design, transport and environmental teams.
* Represent clients in meetings with local authorities and consultees.
* Support junior colleagues and contribute to business development activity.
About You
* MRTPI qualified or close to qualification.
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience ideally within a consultancy environment.
* Proven ability to manage projects and liaise effectively with clients and local authorities.
* Strong communication analytical and report-writing skills.
* A proactive commercially-minded approach with an eye for detail.
