Job Description
Reporting into the head of Revenue & Distribution, the Revenue Manager position sits in a wider team divided by geographic region. You will own a portfolio of properties with overall responsibility for maximising yield for both the business and it\'s clients. Core responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform decision-making.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
* Utilise analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory distribution.
* Provide recommendations for promotional activities and discounts to drive sales.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
* Ensure effective communication of revenue strategies across relevant stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Revenue Manager should have:
* Proven expertise in revenue management or a related field within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Proficiency in revenue management systems and analytics tools and comfort with new technology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities.
* A relevant degree in business, analytics, or a related field would be advantageous.
