* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
* Present findings using data visualisation tools to inform strategic decision-making.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis to drive business results.
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasts by analysing historical sales data and market conditions.
* Collaborate with the director to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
* Design customer segmentation models to target specific customer groups effectively.
* Recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions, cost analysis, and customer demand.
* Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to optimise stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
* Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
