The Project Support Officer is a core member of the Digital Health Solutions team, with responsibility for coordinating and providing administrative support to assist on the successful role out of the ieMR functionality to Hospital & Health Services.What you'll doAs the Project Support Officer, you will organise and coordinate administrative functions of the office, including meetings, appointments, and human resource activities, while providing high-level administrative support to the Digital Health Solutions team and leadership. You will support the coordination of communications and stakeholder engagement activities aligned to innovation and business enhancement initiatives, and respond to ad-hoc queries from departmental staff relating to these programs. In this role, you will assist with information gathering to support updates to domain and project schedules, as well as contribute to financial processes including recoveries, quotes, and purchase orders.
