The Family Support Coach is dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers by providing essential guidance, resources, and support.
* Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities and workshops to enhance family well-being.
* Support parents by addressing their needs related to parenting, child development, and community services.
* Collaborate with community partners to expand program reach and impact.
* Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and participant outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and accountability, while being an astute motivator capable of fostering genuine relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized guidance and connect families with vital resources and opportunities.
2. Utilize a person-centered approach to help participants identify personal, work, and education goals.
3. Ensure effective communication with customers and employers to deliver post-placement support, ensuring employment continuation and outcome milestones are met.
4. Gather evidence to meet administrative requirements and submit claims on time.
5. Complete risk assessments and take timely actions to mitigate risks.
The successful applicant will hold or be actively pursuing a Certificate III or IV in one of the following fields: Society and Culture, Health, or Education.
