If you're passionate about safety and looking to be part of a supportive, professional team — we'd love to hear from you.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional security and customer serviceGuard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premisesRespond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential supportAssess and address potential risksManage access controlWrite incident reports and maintain data logsKey Selection CriteriaWe're Looking For Candidates WhoHold a current SA Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certificationMust be well-presented with strong customer service and communication skillsPrevious corporate or retail security experience an advantage but not essentialMust be confident with computers — Microsoft Office, CCTV systems, access control and basic fire panel/fire indicator system awareness (training provided where required)Role involves internal and external patrols across multiple floors, stairwells and plant areas — must be physically fit and comfortable with heightsStrong initiative required — able to make decisions on the spot and support senior staff when neededReliability, punctuality, integrity and a positive attitude are essential24/7 availability preferred — day shift, night shift and weekendsCasual positions available, with development opportunities at Festival Tower 2 and the planned Riverlea shopping precinctRostered HoursFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
