**Our Opportunity**
To support our ongoing growth, PROK is searching for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our Smeaton Grange team. Supporting the Production Manager, and being supported by a highly capable production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all finished goods from our Smeaton Grange facility to our mining customers.
This role isn't for the faint hearted though, you'll need to be able to work things out, get stuff done and require mínimal management. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Daily duties will include however are not limited to.
- Review job packs, identify finished goods and prepare them for delivery
- Prepare outbound delivery plans with the Production Manager and updating relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating deliveries as small as a single pallet delivery in Sydney to a B-double delivery in the middle of the Tanami Desert
- Identify and implement improvements in the logistics processes and procedures
**The Right Person**
To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within distribution, logistics or supply chain
- Forklift Licence
- Proven experience with meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- Exposure to reviewing technical/detailed CAD drawings
- Experience in production and fabrication environments would be highly advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia
