Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to a team of allied health professionals
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care delivered to customers
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
* Ensure the provision of clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and high standards of allied health services
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Post-secondary or tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and current registration with AHPRA or other professional body
* Advanced level of allied health skills and demonstrated experience in community age care health service delivery
* Proven ability in the leadership of multidisciplinary allied health teams, including the provision of supervision and the facilitation of allied health review and management of risk for less experienced staff
