**About the Team**
The Community Brain Disorders Assessment and Treatment Service (CBDATS) is state-wide mobile consultative and treatment service providing support for consumers with dual diagnosis of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neurodegenerative disease and psychiatric disorders. **About the role**
**This is a **part** **time, **fixed-term** (12 month) parental leave cover role.**
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic neuropsychologist/psychologist to join the CBDATS multidisciplinary team based at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in Kew. You will be working as part of a team to provide clinical expertise and case consultations to our consumers, families and/or carers referred into the service.
**About you**
You will be someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of the team.
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
- Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a psychologist with specialist endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology.
- Hold a master's degree in clinical Neuropsychology with a minimum of 2 years professional experiences
- Demonstrated experience with neurobehavioural interventions
- Collaborative approach to work across a multi-disciplinary team as well as proven ability to work autonomously
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in engaging with consumers and their families within a community setting
- A thorough knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
