About the Role
* Offer friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Operate gaming machines, take and deliver drink orders, prepare and serve beverages, reset jackpots, manage Tab and Keno terminals, maintain workstations and equipment cleanliness
* Maintain cleanliness of public areas, assist with club enquiries, and provide support as needed
This role requires flexibility, especially on weekends, and reasonable availability during weekdays. Required certifications: RSA, RCG.
