Senior Team Leader
This role oversees culturally appropriate support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, leading a team to deliver high-quality services and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Case Managers and Support Workers to deliver culturally appropriate services.
* Manage service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Build relationships with stakeholders, including community organisations.
* Oversee incident reporting, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You are a dedicated leader with strong communication skills and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. You understand culturally appropriate care and can effectively manage competing priorities while supporting a diverse team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in Human Services or related field.
* Demonstrated experience in Community Services, including leadership and supervision.
* Experience providing services to marginalised people, particularly those experiencing homelessness, addiction, or mental health issues.
* Extensive experience working with Aboriginal people and communities.
