**About The Company**
Our client is seeking a motivated, sales professional with experience managing on farm relationships with customers. Due to ongoing market growth and increased manufacturing capabilities at their locally owned and well situated production facilities, the business is looking to expand its resources in this newly created position.
**About The Role**
Reporting into a General Manager, you will be responsible for key account management of existing customers, acquiring new customers and working closely with their production and logistics teams to execute product delivery. This role will be responsible for managing nutritional based relationships with customers and taking a whole farm production approach to the product advice given. With the ability to tailor feed solutions to ensure their clients are receiving considered and coordinated production/nutritional advice, this role will help drive productivity and financial performance for our client's customers.
Ideally you will have 3+ years working in an aligned role within the dairy/livestock industry with demonstrated relationship management experience. You will be a self driven individual, able to work independently and have well developed communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have the ability to develop strong on farm relationships, and be a natural problem solver.
