If you know your way around a CAT 793 Mechanical Truck, can keep production moving safely, and don't mind a bit of dust in your boots, this could be the best gig you'll land this year.
Here's the deal:
This isn't a "come and go" role. It's a critical position supporting the autonomous mining transition of a major iron ore miner. Your role is integral to keeping production on track and being right in the thick of the future of mining.
In return for your commitment, you'll work on a lifestyle-friendly 2/2 roster with a great crew, earn excellent money, and be supported by Chandler Macleod on your transition to a new site upon successful project completion – we work with all the major miners through to smaller start-ups.
We're offering:
* $56.00/hr + Super on every single hour worked
* $2,000/month retention bonus – paid on successful completion of assignment (AHS go-live or approved demobilisation)
* ASAP starts – no waiting around
* Reliable, lifestyle roster so you can plan your life, not just your work
* High-quality camp facilities: unisex & female-only gyms, lap pool, tennis courts, walking tracks, and great food variety
You bring:
* Proven production mining experience
* Ability to operate CAT 793 Mechanical and similar Electric Drive Trucks
* Strong safety orientation
* Positive, can-do attitude and work ethic
Why you'll want this role:
* Work with a leading iron ore miner on a major project
* Lifestyle-friendly FIFO 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster ex Perth
* Great team culture and supportive site leadership
* Mix of initial casual-to-permanent or direct permanent roles available
* Strong commitment to safety and employee well-being
If you're ready to park up in a role where the conditions are as good as the crew, call or email me direct – no filters, no reception, no automated screening.
