Role Overview:As anDescriptionRole Overview:As an Analyst in our Infrastructure Investment team, you will provide critical support across the investment lifecycle, including research, analysis, and portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with senior members of the team to build financial models, conduct due diligence and support deal execution.This role is ideal for a driven individual seeking a career in infrastructure investments, offering an opportunity to develop skills and gain exposure to a variety of investment opportunities in a collaborative, high-performing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analysis and Due DiligenceAssist in evaluating new infrastructure investment opportunities, including performing financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysisSupport senior team members in conducting thorough due diligence, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory reviewsResearch and analyse market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors that may impact investment performanceAssist in preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports to support decision-making processesCoordinate with external advisors to gather key due diligence inputsFinancial Modelling and ValuationAssist in building and updating complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis) to evaluate potential investments and asset performanceAnalyse and forecast cash flows, capital structure, and returns for infrastructure assetsConduct sensitivity analyses and stress testing to assess risks and returns under different assumptionsDeal Execution and DocumentationProvide support during the deal execution process, including documentation and coordination with advisors (legal, tax, etc.)Help manage the execution process, from term sheet to closing, ensuring all milestones are met on timeProvide support in the consultant procurement process.
