We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting leads with our industry partners, maintaining and strengthening relationships to foster long-term loyalty, and conducting face-to-face customer visits to engage with panel shops and industry partners.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing industry partners to ensure long-term loyalty
* Conduct face-to-face customer visits to engage with panel shops and industry partners
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs while focusing on customer retention
* Manage accounts and track progress using a fully mobile CRM system
* Reclaim lost customers and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Field sales experience with the ability to manage a territory independently
* Strong relationship-building skills with a resilient sales mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
