You'll balance strategic leadership with practical support, ensuring the People team remains proactive, visible, and highly valued.In this pivotal role, you will:- Develop and execute innovative workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.- Partner with key stakeholders to drive cultural transformation and align people practices with organisational goals.About YouYou're a senior HR leader who thrives in environments where purpose and progress overlap. Known for your integrity and collaborative style, you are confident advising executives, lifting capability, and guiding people through change.You bring broad HR knowledge across business partnering, people operations, L&D, and talent acquisition as well as the experience to juggle strategy with BAU. Ideally, you've worked in purpose led or member based mid-sized organisations and are energised by transformation, not fazed by less-than-perfect systems, and are passionate about culture.
