Plant Operator – Darwin
Fulton Hogan's Infrastructure Services team in Darwin is looking for a Plant Operator to join the business. The appointee will be self‐motivated, have a keen interest in Fixed Plant Production, and will work closely with the broader team to promote and build our business.
Responsibilities
* Work within tight deadlines in a safe and high-quality manner
* Carry out plant inspection checklists and maintain a neat and tidy site and work area
* Initiate and communicate ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs
* Participate actively in preventive maintenance, toolbox talks and safety meetings
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in a production environment with asphalt (highly desired but not crucial)
* Knowledge of industry‐related standards and specifications
* Experience in fixed plant operations and maintenance
* Operating a forklift – High Risk License
