We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bupa Medical Malvern available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work:
* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
* Available to work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
* Work between our Malvern and South Yarra clinic as required
* Available to commence from end of January/early February
* Previous Medical Reception experience preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
