Our team is expanding to support participants across the Alice Springs region, and we are excited to welcome a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver timely therapeutic services and provide evidence-based interventions to help participants meet their goals.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
* Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
* Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
* Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
* Demonstrated at least 2 years of clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation, and/or paediatrics.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
