Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie
Reporting to: Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie with a strong background in breakfast service or banquet events to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, including:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting foods according to the menu and recipes.
* Maintaining standards of presentation, quality, and portion control.
* Contributing to menu development with fresh ideas and seasonal dishes.
* Monitoring stock levels and communicating needs.
* Assisting in training and supervising junior staff.
Talent Profile
About You
* Diploma in Commercial Cookery.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness.
* Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for culinary excellence and high standards.
