Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced individual to provide exceptional service to our guests as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar frontline/customer-facing role within a hotel or residential apartment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing suggestions and coordinating activity services on behalf of guests, including facilities, bookings, and reservations.
* Maintaining excellent product knowledge of events and facilities.
* Liaising with other departments across the hotel to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirements.
* Ensuring data entry and history records are managed accurately.
* Supporting the Residential Concierge team with overflow, including reservations, tours, and local knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-facing role within a hotel or residential environment.
* Understanding of property management systems, preferably Opera.
* Proven ability and skills to provide superior customer service standards in a luxury setting.
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
