About the role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork. Working closely with our Venue Manager, you'll help create a seamless experience for both our guests and staff, playing a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
Responsibilities:
* Managing front-of-house operations and gaming facilities
* Providing professional and friendly service to customers
* Managing employees
* Ensuring compliance with venue regulations
* Working with the functions and events team
What we are looking for:
* Ability to work productively and professionally in a pub-style environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers.
* A willingness to work in a team environment.
* Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
* You will need an Approved Manager Card
* Management experience is desired, but not essential.
* Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role is desirable
