We're looking for a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across the automotive industry. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with dealership owners, senior managers and industry professionals nationwide.
You'll take full ownership of the recruitment process — from identifying opportunities through to successful placement.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage recruitment assignments from initial client brief through to offer acceptance and placement completion.
This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, presenting shortlists, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, completing reference checks, and supporting offer negotiations.
You'll also proactively engage with dealership leaders, market suitable candidates, promote our services, and build long-term professional relationships across the sector.
Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking dealership staffing movements, and consistently re-engaging candidates are key parts of your day-to-day activity.

You're confident speaking with business owners and senior managers.
You're organised, accountable and commercially aware.
You enjoy relationship building, follow through on commitments, and take pride in professional standards.
Experience in recruitment or the automotive industry is highly regarded — but attitude, communication skills and initiative matter most.
