Role Overview
I am looking for a talented and dedicated accountant seeking an exciting opportunity to grow their career within a public practice firm based in Strathfield. Reporting to the Principal accountant, you will play a key role in providing services to your portfolio of clients, both local and corporate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
Assist with tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individuals and businesses.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin speaking.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
CPA or part-qualified desirable.
Minimum 2 years public practice experience.
Proficiency in accounting software such as HandiLedgers, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
