This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a highly respected office with a long-standing, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage and direct incoming calls and enquiries
* Provide administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams
* Assist with onboarding and training new staff
* General data entry and ad hoc admin duties
* Maintain overall office presentation and organization
About You:
* A Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and a valid driver's license are essential to be considered
* A people person with a passion for exceptional customer service
* Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Ideally some real estate experience, or a strong administrative background
