Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage technical account plans to drive business growth.
* Craft and execute technical account strategies in collaboration with account managers.
* Ensure technical closure and understanding to support successful sales initiatives.
* Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers by developing an in-depth understanding of their business processes, workflows, and technical requirements.
* Stay informed about industry trends and workflows within the realm of expertise.
* Manage technical discovery processes, guide the formulation of requirements, and assess user needs for sales opportunities.
* Leverage software solutions to develop tailored solutions that meet technical, fiscal, and schedule constraints.
* Align with customer teams to secure business and technical closure.
* Oversee technical evaluations, define solution architecture, and facilitate product demonstrations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
* 10+ years of technical sales experience in the infrastructure industry.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure software technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, storage, networking, and security.
* Experience deploying new technology into a workforce to inspire innovation, change, and efficiency.
* Deep knowledge of software solutions and industry-specific requirements.
* Ability to travel up to 50%.
