What You'll Do
* Lead brand strategy and positioning
* Drive campaigns across digital, social and trade
* Own Go-To-Market for product launches
* Elevate brand presence at events
* Build and engage influencer & enthusiast communities
* Lead eCommerce / Shopify rollout (merchandise)
* Work closely with agencies, product and sales
What You Bring
* A background in Brand / Product / Marketing roles
* Strong generalist marketing capability (vs specialist)
* Experience across FMCG, retail, hardware, automotive, performance sports or similar
* Commercial mindset — you understand growth and can drive outcomes
* Confidence working cross functionally and with agencies and key stakeholders
* Experience owning campaigns and brand outcomes end-to-end
* Energy, ownership and drive
