* Develop clear change materials (FAQs, training content, presentations).
* Engage and manage stakeholders to drive adoption.
About You:
* Strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks.
* Proven experience delivering change collateral and impact assessments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
* Experience in large enterprise environments (financial services highly regarded).
