Job Description
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior staff members.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal functionality.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
* Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Lead and supervise one receptionist, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on office-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in office management.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
* Proficiency with office software, able to provide IT / troubleshooting support.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address challenges promptly.
