Facilities Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated facilities management professional to join our college community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating daily operations, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school environment.
* Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, policies, and other guideline material relating to facilities management within the school.
* Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities related to facilities management.
* Marketing and promoting facilities services, coordinating programs that meet the school's requirements and current trends in facilities management.
* Contributing to the school's strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives, and policies related to facilities management and providing recommendations.
* Coordinating the maintenance of the college facilities and assets.
* Assisting the facilities team to schedule and supervise contractors to complete work in accordance with maintenance schedules and with minimal disruption to college life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective facilities management strategies.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies related to facilities management.
* Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
