Commercial Cleaning Team Leader & Cleaners (ABN Required) – Regional Victoria
We are currently seeking a Team Leader/Supervisor and Commercial Cleaners to join our team in a regional location approximately 3 hours from Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for stable, long-term work in a unique environment.
Position Details:
Location: Regional Victoria (cold/snow climate area)
Hours: Consistent ongoing work / full time
Start: June 2026
Commitment: Minimum 6 months required (long-term contract available for the right candidates)

Positions Available
1. Team Leader / Supervisor
Supervise and support the cleaning team
Allocate daily tasks and ensure schedules are followed
Maintain cleaning standards and quality control
Communicate with management and report any issues
Assist with cleaning duties
Additional Requirements:
Previous cleaning and supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and work independently
2. Commercial Cleaners
General commercial cleaning (offices, facilities, common areas)
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
Waste removal and restocking supplies
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
General Requirements (All Roles):
Must have a valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Able to work in a cold weather environment
Driver’s license preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
