We're now looking for a Sales Manager – EB Projects to join our Newcastle team and help drive our next stage of growth across NSW and QLD.
The Role
You'll lead clients through the early project journey — from first enquiry to design handover. Working closely with our New Business, Estimating, and Design teams, you'll ensure every client receives accurate advice, transparent pricing, and a seamless pre‑construction experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Responding to new enquiries and converting qualified leads into signed pre‑construction agreements
* Guiding clients through planning, feasibility, and budget alignment
* Advising on town planning, compliance, and development constraints
* Coordinating surveys, reports, and approvals with consultants and internal teams
* Managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication
* Contributing to marketing and lead‑generation activities
You'll Bring
* Proven experience in town planning and/or knowledge of residential building process (specifically granny flat construction)
* Strong understanding of the residential building terminology
* Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
* Attention to detail and discipline with CRM and documentation workflows
* A passion for helping clients make informed, confident decisions
* Previous sales experience is ideal but not essential.
