CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking Project Managers and Civil Supervisors for a hands-on leadership opportunity with a civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across the Bundaberg Region, QLD. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site teams to deliver residential and rural subdivision projects. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Manage overall project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and client reporting (PM). Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and support a positive team culture. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in civil works and bulk earthworks, particularly subdivisions. Project Managers: Ability to manage full project lifecycle from planning to completion. Supervisors: Skilled in leading crews and coordinating day-to-day site activities. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Current driver’s licence (essential); civil tickets highly regarded. Safety-focused with a drive for quality outcomes.
