About the role
This diverse role combines sales administration, customer service, and sales functions.

What you would do in this role

* Counter and telephone sales
* Stock audits and inventory management
* General administration and housekeeping (including OH&S)
* Ordering branch supplies and coordinating cyclic stock counts/stock cleansing
* Processing and following up on overdue purchase and customer orders
* Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock

* Proficient with computer technology and systems – training will be provided
* A positive and optimistic attitude
* A high level of initiative to support team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
* A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a trades environment is advantageous but not essential if you are passionate about learning our industry and products
