Your Responsibilities
* Assist in project reporting, including monthly progress updates, financial tracking, and defect management
* Support document control across design, RFIs, non-conformances, and instruction registers
* Help manage stakeholder communication and track critical dependencies across project functions
* Support procurement tasks including quote comparisons, contract documentation and tender pack preparation
* Site inspection support, defect tracking, and liaison with builders and consultants
* Assist in financial and feasibility modelling, EOT assessment, and program tracking
* Contract administration support, including processing claims, variations, and contract close-out
What You Need to Succeed
* A degree (or near completion) in Construction Management, Property, Architecture or similar
* 1–3 years' experience in a project coordination or assistant PM role within construction, development or consultancy
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
* Confident communicator who enjoys working across a range of stakeholders
* Curious and driven. Keen to grow into a Project Manager role long term
