Position Overview:
We're seeking a Client Care Consultant to join our dedicated Client Care team. This is an essential role where you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver outstanding results while working independently and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Previous experience in customer-facing positions, such as:

* Hospitality: Roles in cafes, restaurants, or hotels where customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and managing guest expectations were key responsibilities.
* Call Centre or Customer Support: Experience in a customer service environment where you've managed customer queries, provided solutions, and ensured customer retention.
* Sales or After‑Sales Roles: Experience working in a sales environment where you provided tailored solutions and post‑sale support to customers.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of tailored vehicle protection and enhancement solutions
* Clearly explain warranties and aftercare options to customers
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience from pre‑delivery to post‑sale
* Coordinate product application and installation processes
* Provide consistent support to the team to maintain high standards of customer care
* Regularly assess performance and track customer satisfaction KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
Remuneration:
* Strong base salary + commission compensation structure
* First-year OTE: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
* Second-year OTE: Exceeds $100,000+
* Car allowance available after 12 months
