Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Offender Services Supervisor in our team. This position is responsible for providing management and coordination of internal and external programs delivered at the location.
* Coordinate psycho-educational skills-based programs to reduce the risk of re-offending among offenders
* Manage the delivery of vocational and transitional programs to support offender rehabilitation
* Provide oversight of the supported distance education program under the guidance of the Offender Services Manager
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in both facilitating and coordinating prison-based programs
* Knowledge of and experience in dealing with the limitations imposed on offenders in a correctional environment
* A relevant tertiary qualification in the human services or welfare fields
