Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our maintenance team as an Electrical Tester. This role involves undertaking preventative maintenance and fault response of equipment in the field, with a focus on electrical protection and control systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic testing and maintenance services, coordinating testing activities, and preparing work records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide diagnostic testing and maintenance services on electrical protection and control equipment
* Coordinate testing activities with internal and external customers
* Prepare work records and reports as required
* Comply with flexible work practices and multi-skilling requirements
* Ensure all required training and authorizations are up-to-date
* Perform Team Leader duties when required
* Support the development of other team members
Requirements
* Advanced Diploma of ESI - Power systems or equivalent qualification
* Active Australian Driver's Licence
* Strong technical knowledge and experience working across power systems related secondary equipment
* Experience in analysing and solving technical information, including fault finding
* Self-motivated and ability to work independently
* Ability to act decisively to ensure network security and public safety
