We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead their civil construction projects, ensuring their successful completion while prioritizing safety, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.
Main Purpose of the Role
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from tender submissions to construction and handover. Your responsibilities include managing project operations, maintaining site safety, and providing strategic insights for project implementation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project operations in line with directives and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Participate in bid processes and contribute constructability insights
- Identify risks and opportunities in tender submissions
- Collaborate with site and contracts management for effective project planning
- Supervise subcontractor activities and procurement processes
- Oversee financial control, reporting, and budget management
- Manage project schedules and programme development
- Implement project procedures and administrative tasks
- Demonstrate leadership and foster a collaborative project culture
Skills & Experience Required
- Senior-level expertise on major civil projects
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and management principles
- Proficiency in project programming and contract administration
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
