Collaborate with Enphase engineering, sales, and product teams to deliver system integration and a superior customer experience for installer networks throughout Queensland and the ANZ region.Key responsibilitiesWork closely with the Sales Team to support product adoption and customer success through technical expertise.Communicate customer technical requirements to Product Management and Development teams, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product improvements.Lead and support technical product adoption initiatives, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth integration with existing customer systems.Create and deliver technical documentation, including design guides, line diagrams, BOMs, briefs, and training materials, in collaboration with team members.Provide specialized support for complex system designs, working with engineering and customer-facing teams.Conduct field testing and gather feedback on new hardware and software in a team environment.Partner with Customer Support and Field Services to ensure excellent customer experiences and swift issue resolution.Share knowledge, best practices, and solutions within technical and sales teams to foster collaboration.Qualifications and experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.Electrical License is advantageous.Hands-on experience with distributed solar, energy storage, and energy management systems.At least 3 years of experience in designing, engineering, and constructing residential solar and storage systems.Strong understanding of PV and energy storage system performance and economic modeling.Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and data networks using tools like multimeters, power quality analyzers, and data acquisition systems.Knowledge of AS/NZS standards and regulatory codes for PV and storage installations.Familiarity with DNSP/Grid approval processes and compliance for residential projects.Experience with AutoCAD, PVSyst, and similar software.Practical experience with inverters/converters, AC & DC systems, and interconnection methods, including advanced grid functionalities.Willingness to travel locally, domestically, and occasionally internationally.Ability to work independently in remote settings while maintaining close collaboration with teams and clients.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships across teams.Employee benefitsCompetitive salary, quarterly bonuses, and stock options.Long service leave.Medical insurance for employees and immediate family members.Annual performance reviews.Opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.Access to well-equipped laboratories.Exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor technology.Relocation and visa requirementsWe are not considering international candidates at this time.Applicants must hold a current New Zealand Work Visa or be eligible to work in New Zealand, as sponsorship is not available.
