The role
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer‐service focused individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Services / Valet Attendant. This role will see you providing exceptional customer service experiences for a variety of guests and visitors to the Hotel. Our Bell Attendants are the first and last point of interaction for our guests, ensuring they are met with a warm welcome upon arrival and a fond farewell as they depart.
Our full‐time roles offer 38 hours per week. Part‐time opportunities require a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours where available.
Responsibilities
* A combination of porter and valet attendant duties
* Managing, transporting and securely storing luggage
* Offering insights into room features
* Providing guests with valet parking for their vehicles
Qualifications
* Unrestricted driver's license (Australian or International) and availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
* Unrestricted working rights or Working Holiday Visa encouraged
* A passion for customer service to make every guest feel welcome
* Confidence in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (auto and manual)
* Ability to remain detail‐oriented in a fast‐paced busy environment
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously
* Excellent time management, multi‐tasking and problem‐solving skills
* A can‐do attitude and desire to go above and beyond for each guest
* Experience in a hotel or premium service environment is advantageous
