About the Role 
As our Fire Safety Assessment Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role within our Building Services team and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders. You will be responsible for carrying comprehensive on-site inspection to verify all fire systems have been installed, tested and are compliant across our client base in the Sydney metropolitan area. In this role you will collaborate with field staff and facility managers, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all fire safety systems are compliant and maintained to the highest standards. 
Key Responsibilities 
Audit and inspect all fire safety systems as per Council schedules/site needs. 
Identify non-compliance issues, supported by efficient reporting processes. 
Review and interpret drawings and Fire Engineer documentation. 
Maintain effective communication with client representatives and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
Proactively identify and resolve issues, implementing solutions and improvements to enhance overall outcomes. 
Endorse Annual Fire Safety Statement once all issues are resolved. 
What We Are Looking For 
Previous experience in fire auditing, inspections and compliance. 
FPAS accredited Fire Safety Assessment Practitioner. 
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. 
Proven capability to efficiently plan tasks while managing competing priorities. 
Exceptional written (reporting) and verbal communication skills. 
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues effectively. 
Current Driver's Licence 
Basic Microsoft Word reporting skills
