Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with our principal to co-manage a residential portfolio, working towards taking charge of your own designated portfolio.
* Act in the best interests of landlords while maintaining a tenant-focused approach.
* Handle client inquiries, inspections, maintenance requests, and leasing administration tasks efficiently.
* Negotiate conflict resolutions that yield mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with relevant deadlines.
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is desirable but not essential – we will support the right candidate's development.
* Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or customer-facing roles.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A valid driver's license.
