About the Role
We're looking for an experienced automotive professional, ideally with management or supervisory experience and a technical background. In this fully remote role, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process for Australian clients -sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across trade and management positions. You'll build strong client relationships, provide consultative advice, and ensure every placement delivers real value. Please note, this role requires working Sydney business hours.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian automotive clients.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across trade and management roles.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Write job ads, manage databases, and conduct interviews or phone screens.
* Coordinate reference checks, background verification, and offer management.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and workforce demands.
* Collaborate with the Australian team on strategy and priorities.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM or ATS systems.
Requirements
* Automotive industry experience is essential to be considered
* Technical understanding of automotive operations and workshops preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven, able to work independently while fully remote.
* Comfortable working Sydney business hours (approx. 11 pm–8 am South Africa time).
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, or similar).
* Reliable internet and quiet home office setup.
* Professional, proactive, and outcome-focused approach.
