The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering project management services within the Parkes Special Activation Precinct.
* Prepare and submit documentation and reporting for land and property projects.
* Implement land development requirements and facilitate procurement activities.
* Provide timely and accurate advice and support to stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen in planning and delivery of commercial transactions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
